While brother John and his wife Debora were in town earlier this month, we managed to take in a San Antonio Missions baseball game. The Missions were
down to the Arkansas Travellers and needed a couple of runs to go ahead. So what did the team booster do but run clips from THE ALAMO (2004) on the
marquee to encourage the players to never give up. Only in San Antonio.

Now THAT'S a smart team booster! I must pass that on to JLH, Michael and Dan Orlandi! They'll love it. Glad you caught it, Ned.

Thanks Ned. I will send along to Don Milolyvich as well (Prop Master). He will get a kick out of that. He probably loaded those guns that morning...

Great boosting idea! Hopefully, they did´nt run a clip of the defenders getting killed. :D

Per Joan Headley: "That was not during the movie but filming for a GLO commercial when Jerry Patterson was
Land Commissioner. Jack Edmondson was also there those two days of filming with Big Jake. Fun times."
