Well, "cocina" is the Spanish for kitchen. Then there's "cookhouse". And, of course, "chuck wagon". "Scullery" is sometimes
used for kitchen.

Is a cook's room is a British term? what is the meaning and definition of crumb stash, bean burner, and, grub closet? I never heard of them at all. I tried looking them up but couldn't find anything.

Is house-place a military term? :?

A food pit where you cook food in a pit?
