I am reluctant to delete stupid statements I make. I figure everybody's got to take the bad with the good to evaluate fairly.

Did you ever watch a movie and start writing your own new dialog for the picture?
Dee (Dean Martin) and his gang are standing on the gallows as his brother (James Stewart), impersonating the hangman, walks down the line placing nooses around their necks. When he gets to Dean Martin, Stewart opens his coat and reveals a pistol ready for the taking.
Dee: Hey, hangman, is that a gun in your belt or are you just glad to see me?
Hangman: Keep your trap shut or I'll be dead.
Dee: You just keep OUR traps shut or WE'LL be dead.

Someone is selling this photo of the Bandolero revamping of the Waynamo as an art print of the Alamo after the battle. Hmm...

I was living in the second story of the "north" end of the Long Barrack that summer and for part of the fall during construction and filming. I used to see all the changes as they were happening and in fact was working on one various crews for Fox during set construction. While I had nothing to do with building the faux facade, I came up from the village after a long work day to go to my room, and there it was, almost complete already -- and it wasn't there that morning. It was all wood with contoured stone in celotex sheets. Very believable. I had to go knock on it before I was convinced it wasn't stone.
